Once we receive your documents, we will attempt to serve the individual at the last known address. We will make up to 4 attempts to serve based on court requirements. Once served, posted or nonserved we will provide you with an Affidavit of service for the court,
It is a sworn statement that you served, attempted to serve or posted documents to an individual. This includes the date, time and location of the serve. A description and who the individual was that was served. As well as a sworn statement that under penalty of perjury, the process servers sign statement is true and correct.
