Process Serving is the delivery of legal documents such as summonses, complaints, subpoena, writs, eviction notices, child support documents, divorce papers, custody papers, Notice of Default, Restraining orders, Judgements and many more. 

Using a professional Process Server ensures that the legal documents are delivered in compliance with local laws while maintaining the integrity of the Judicial process. .

Once we receive your documents, we will attempt to serve the individual at the last known address. We will make up to 4 attempts to serve based on court requirements. Once served, posted or nonserved we will provide you with an Affidavit of service for the court, 

It is a sworn statement that you served, attempted to serve or posted documents to an individual. This includes the date, time and location of the serve. A description and who the individual was that was served. As well as a sworn statement that under penalty of perjury, the process servers sign statement is true and correct.

Yes, we do for an additional amount.

If we are unable to serve the individual after multiple attempts, we can discuss alternative methods such as mail service, posting or subservice. 

Our process servers are trained and comply with all local laws and regulations regarding service of process. We pride ourselves with maintaining our core values of serving with honesty, integrity and timeliness to ensure we are maintaining the judicial process during the service.

Yes, we have notary service available for your affidavit to comply with court requirements. 

No. Service of Process is based off of the attempt to serve and individual or business. Whether it is successful or unsuccessful, payment is expected. However, honesty and integrity is our values, so we will go the extra mile to serve your document.
